They did contact me weeks later, I told him my issue and he said for me tn email pictures of problem. I did that and they have not contacted me again!

Left six messages, no response. When you do get through, you only get someone from the Philippines that knows nothing and says she will have some contact you> They never do. The two long rails sag when installed, making the gazebo useless.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: send support pieces along the side rails so it does not sag.
