We purchased a gazebo from biglots on 4/2/17. After a few months, the fabric canopy started separating on several seams.

We contacted sunjoy and were advised we had a 1 year warranty. They wanted pictures and a receipt. Since we couldn't find the receipt from 8 months ago, we asked the leasing company that biglots uses as we are still making payments. Well, apparently that doesn't count with sunjoy.

After asking for a supervisor on at least 5 occasions and never getting an opportunity to get a supervisor I get an email from the same person stating if I had something from the leasing company stating it's paid in full that would help. The hysterical thing is they already have a copy of the lease and it's paid off 5 days AFTER the warranty expires. How convenient and utterly disgusting on a 400 gazebo made in China.

From now on I will only by USA products. We take pride in our products in America and treat our citizens correctly.
