Bought Essex gazebo May 4 and waited till May 31 for installers. All would have been ok if installation went according to plan.
Unfortunately 17 panels were damaged (scratched and dented) and installers had to stop installation. Contacted Sunjoy and sent copy of receipt, completed the warranty form with my contact info and also sent pictures of panels on May 31. As of today the only response I received was that they want the receipt sent again. Totally unacceptable response since the damage and inability to complete installation was not my fault.
Wish I had read Sunjoy reviews before I purchased the gazebo.
Going to contact Canadian Tire to see if they will intervene. Extremely poor customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver replacement panels and have installers complete the job asap (like within 2 days from now).
