Wondering if there's any customer service at all? Their customer service contact email says "we will reply within 2 business days (often much sooner.)" No replies, after multiple attempts. Ordered a canopy replacement, just want to know if it's coming. They wasted no time taking my money.

Delivery Service Review
I ordered and paid for two canopies. It took nearly a month to receive. When I received the package there was only one canopy. After finally locating a number to call it took 20 minutes to resolve. She said she would ship me another canopy. I asked if it could be expedited. She assured me it would be. It took 2.5 weeks to receive.

I've been calling Sun Joy Direct's number for over two weeks from 8:30am-4:30pm and no one picks up, left voicemails and sent an emails and no one has responded.
