The outdoor gas fireplace will not work. SKU A209******** It will turn on but the flame won't remain on. We have tried to trouble shoot but no luck. The gas is getting to the unit, because we can get a flame but then we can't keep the flame on. We took the unit back to the store and they told us to contact you. Please help! Chris 519-496-****

Id been looking for an outdoor set for my terrace for a long time and finally got this at a reasonable price from Sunjoy. Shipping was immediate, and it arrived much quicker than I expected, came in 4 boxes. The installation was not difficult, but it also took me a couple of hours by myself (really not good at it). I am very satisfied with Sunjoy's customer service, they always respond to me immediately while I am installing Sunjoy products and ask them for help.

Canopy replacement

Purchased a replacement canopy during a Michigan winter in anticipation of the summer. When it arrived waited until weather cleared to install.

MUCH TOO SMALL. Seemed like the company shorted an inch or more of material all the way around the perimeter and the seams were off as much as 4 inches from the cooresponding support poles. Clearly this canopy is smaller than the original by the same product number. Tried to call customer service but no phone number is available.

Filled out the email template ... no response. In frustration, I cut an inch of material off the end of each of 12 support poles and the canopy is still too small. Seams are still inches off the corresponding support pole and ripped one "reinforced" edge of the canopy trying to stretch it to the newly shortened poles.

The quality and fit of these replacement canopies are HORRIBLE.

Customer service is non-existent. This is a terrible company.

When you call the number provided by pissedconsumer it says "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume, please email us at ....". If you select another option to get customer service on an order it says " you have reached the maximum number of tries" and hangs up on you. In other words, we'll take your money but not your call.

I purchased a 10x10 gazebo. After one year, there were tears and the bolts had rusted. Customer service did nothing and used their care instructions as an excuse. I thoroughly read the reviews and product details. Nowhere was it stated that the gazebo was not for all climates. The canopy has now disintegrated at the seams and is trash. The company deleted my review with pictures to further their dishonesty and unethical business practices.

Purchased a 10x10 white gazebo. After only one year, there were tears and rusted bolts. The company used their care instructions as an excuse to not make good on a very poor product. I thoroughly read reviews and product details which did not state it was not for all climates. The inferior canopy has fallen apart at the seams and discolored. I spent $500 on the gazebo and $100 for a handyman to install. The company deleted my review with pictures on their website. Very unethical business practices.

I purchased a gazebo June 2022. It was set up for approximately 2 months. I took it down and stored it in my garage. I went to put it up last week and theres several big rips. I contacted the company and Vivian Lee in customer service was absolutely no help. Now Im stuck with this junk.

Hello, Good day! After double checking, the top #P00210**** is out of production, and we don’t provide replacement parts any more.

1 year old and table is comeing a part I mean chunk s and pices. Are falling off the table . *** company I even said fine I can't fi d the bill I will buy the table top.

Per direction from the Sunjoy Group Online Customer Support Team, I submitted a request for replacement parts for 4 of the 4 patio chairs I purchased from Big Lots in 08/2021 due to the poor quality of the material used in manufacturing. All of the chairs were kept under a covered patio out of the elements for the duration of owning them.

All 4 of the woven back parts of the chairs have burst apart. They have not been excessively used/abused. They have only been used a minimum amount of times between me and my Mom. We make up a 2 person household.

Honestly, I expected more from the Broyhill brand name and I'm very disappointed these chairs have not held up to ANY quality standards.

The Broyhill brand name is TRASH. I will make sure to let every person I know just how poor quality your products are.

To whom it may concern, One evening we were having dinner outside, on our back patio, and all of a sudden. The wind completely few away and destroyed our canopy.

Also injured 2 of my loved ones.

I do not possess the receipt, but I do have and will provide proof of this in store purchase. It was not a display model, I purchased a brand new in box never opened original box.

Well, that honestly depends on if you replace, it shouldn't have broken like that. It wasn't cheap, we paid over $200.00. Wasn't even a year old when this incident occurred.

If you stand behind your product and its quality? I strongly believe your company should without a doubt replace.it for me please and thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon.

Well to be honest it is very hard to get through to you guys to get a missing part you have to do an email then you have to go through your email and then you still don't get to talk to anybody and you still don't have your part because you don't have anybody to speak to and you guys just send emails so I'm not satisfied
