100% agree. Had to purchase a new gazebo after 1.5 years because existing one was damaged by wind and could not get replacement parts from Sunjoy.

The only way to get replacement parts if not under warranty is via email and the link they sent me did not contain any replacement canopies for my gazebo. Spoke to the warranty dept. several times and they advised that I could not speak to a live person regarding replacement parts - this was their policy. Had difficulty getting emails also to even check to see if my canopy was available.

Took months to find out that they wouldn't help me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BUY SUNJOY UNLESS YOU WANT A DISPOSABLE GAZEBO.

Do not buy this is China garbage . BETTER TO.Buy made in USA or Canada!!! we bought a canopy 10 x 10 with screening netting... we have replaced the canopy cover 2 times now ..they do last 3 months ...just poor quality of material and the workmanship is totally unprofessional...seams are not straight and stitches and missing several areas... Canadian Tire and Sunjoy are misleading , unethical and do not honour warranty . The items says 1 yr warranty and they both tell you to deal with each other .. Bottom line it DID NOT last more then 3 months fallen apart . Stay away from these companies..see there goggle reviews BUYER BEWARE

Still no part no return label. Do not buy totally out of this country not I usa. N9 customer service to help all done in email with no response for days on end.

Took money fast ship wrong part customer service horrible. Emailed with pictures of order and pictures of part sent no response. No refund no part no nothing never order from this company again.

They never get back with you. been trying for replacement canopy and know nody will help u to see if they even sell the type of replacement for there canopy. Terrible customer service. Will not buy any more dunjoy product.

They should be shut down. They have not gotten back to me in over a year. The only time I had a live person he couldn't do nothing. Ask simply question do u have this replacement canopy gave then there pzrt # and he couldn't pull it up. Said to text them. Have nothing. Need to be shut down and sent back to China.

Ordered a sunjoy canopy replacement and it came in a timely manner. It did not fit. Requested a return slip the next day and it took them over a month to send it after numerous emails to them.

It took another email after returning the canopy to ask about my refund. They deducted all shipping cost and a restocking fee. The canopy cost $99.00 , I was refunded $54.60. This is an awful company and was reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do Not order anything from them.

Poor Customer Service

I initially contacted Sunjoy 11 days ago. I needed critical information concerning dimensions of a gazebo I was to purchase. They attempted to resolve the issue through a couple emails, however I needed additional details and was told a tech would call me. To date I have not received a call. I have several other vendors and tradesmen involved in this project and unfortunately am not able to move forward. I will not be purchasing this item from Sunjoy.

Defective equipment

Ive called the company a week ago and they have not gotten back to me and I dont feel that they will but I will follow up. I had the unit for one year and it does not work at all. I read reviews it does not seem promising that Ill have a satisfactory conclusion. I plan on contacting Amazon also since they displayed on their website and I bought it through the web site

Gazebo Installation Question

Hello, I ordered a 10 X 12 Hardtop Gazebo from Walmart and now I would like to order installation for the Gazebo. The Walmart selection is either 1) 8 and 10, or 2) 12. There is $100 difference between the two but I am not sure which one to choose.

Just want to know what installation service I should choose.

Top canopy material doesn’t fit the top canopy and the framework for the top canopy doesn’t fit the big canopy frame.

I gave parts numbers for the top frame (small frame) and I got an answer back that didnt fit my question. My husband had to take the big frame apart to force the small frame onto the large canopy frame. Dont know how we will ever be able to take it down either in the fall or the first rain/wind storm. The fit and finish of the two canopy frames is awful. My take is we should be sent that upper canopy frame and material hoping for a much better fit.

User's recommendation: It’s taller than it looks and you have to be careful to put the pieces that snap together facing the right way. Be careful with the top canopy—maybe some of them are ok but ours wasn’t. Also the netting is inches longer than the gazebo. Pictures for build so you have to view them carefully. It is nice looking and really only took the two of us-me 82, husband 85. He is very smart at using clamps in order to put this gazebo together.

Received a 10x12 Regency II gazebo from my daughter for Christmas 2019. The gazebo was put up in May of 220 and taken down in Sept 2020. It was put up this year in May 2021 and at the end of June the top was shredding. It appears to me to be defective material or dry rot. The gazebo was purchased through Amazon Order #112-317****-0673048

User's recommendation: Beware of inferior product and no response from manufacturer.

I order a gazebo on June 1, 2021. This company has poor customer service. Was missing screws from the package. I will never order from BJ's/ Berkley sunjoy every again. I recommend taking your money elsewhere
