I purchased a gazebo form biglots August 2024. We went to put it together broken pieces.
It's still under warranty I emailed them but didn't receive all the parts I needed. Email them again they said they would resend but never did. So I called they hung up on me and blocked me from calling and no one answers my emails. It took me a while to save up for this Gazebo it's just me alone.
So I can't afford to just throw it away and buy another.
I'm going to look in to what else I can do, call the news or file a complaint in court. It hurts when you have nothing just trying to get a little joy in your life but a company like Sunjoy can do this to people an get away with it.

Can’t get a replacement part
I have reached out to this company via email and by phone. They have not even attempted to help or offer any solutions.
I have a gazebo from them that now have to be thrown away because of the ability to get a replacement part.
This is horrible. And they dont care

Complete destruction of gazebo due to very high wind and rain. Rivets ripped out of post, cross bars bent and attachment brackets were bent.
Windscreen and exterior tarp are torn. Top mounting bracket is also bent for the canopy.
- Very good quality product
- We love the ease to put together
- Was anchored into concrete and still ripped from the ground
- Unaware of how much damage could be done because of high winds
Preferred solution: Replacement gazebo.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to order and pay for parts!
Never did get them ordered!!!
No call no help waste of time and money if I could tear the damn pergola down and send it back I would!!! Highly pissed off!!
The whole top rusted And broke now I cant get help getting parts and they want to charge me and charge for shipping! F that!

I received a damaged part to my gazebo. I told them I didn't want a replacement part but would like some consideration when I purchased the screening and curtains.
I spoke to Ms. Cui and Ms. Zhang.
Both seemed to be bots giving me automated answers to every question I posed to them. Has anyone else has this experience?
Preferred solution: Credit towards screening and curtains

Wow weeks for a quote n nothing after spending fortunes replacing canopys and screens they cant give a quote for a small price timely and egfticently

I feel that I've been SCAMMED for $303.00 with no call back ...! When I called all I got was a automated answer then the call ended with nothing to my situation.

Missing a part from my gazebo
I buy last autumn one gazebo, was in 2 boxes but i hasnt the time for ensembled at that time.
Last month I do the gazebo but in the boxes was a missing part. I write a mail to Sunjoy, and they are very helpful and shipped me the missing part in only 10 days from China.

The service was bad. The return policy is worst. They only look for their benefit not for customers satisfaction.
The return process is a nightmare. The communication between the customer and the company is not good either.
I have to admit that the quality of the product was excellent, but the customer service is terrible.
This is the first company I've dealt with where their return policy favors them instead of the customer. I won't recommend it to other customers.

I have a sunjoe pressure washer model number spx-2680-max and I need the wand that goes into the handle because it has leak coming out of the side of it. I don't know if it cracked or split. is there another wand that will fit that model
