Bought and paid for a replacement bug netting and they sent the wrong one.

They have not corrected the problem and they do not respond to my e-mails. Calling them is a joke; they never answer.

Went to Wal-Mart but so far their as useless as Sun Joy.

Its a simple matter to resolve but for some reason this company seems to be dysfunctional when it comes top service.

USE CAUTION WHEN BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!

Maybe you are calling during their busy peak of the season, therefore making the wait on the phone longer. Be patience in getting this issue resolve. Did you order online and pick the gazebo by looking at it, making it the wrong netting sent being your fault or did you use the model number that came on the instructions to place the order?
