I opened my Dashley hard top gazebo, there were so many flaws with it I was shocked.. I contacted the company, sent in my email with my pictures.

Email response asked for my phone number. I gave my number, no call that week. Emailed my number again. Still no call!

I called to talk to the rep they said they would give him the message, week later still nothing. I even called another time to talk to a manager or supervisor but they said it's a 3 hour difference so the supervisors weren't in yet they took my info and said one would call me. Another week and still nothing!! As u can see from my photos these aren't small blemishes at all My first contact was the end of May and it's now August!!

Shame on you!! This was a $2400 hard top!!

Where is your customer service?? Have many more photos and explanation of each photo in my email that I sent the agent as well as a copy of my receipt!

I purchased a gazebo and it would not stand kept falling over.

Same thing they said they would replace sent me a email. 2 months later nothing.

I emailed a nasty message.

They replied that I cancelled my replacement

Gazebo. I think that Home Depot should stop selling this garbage.
