Absolutely ridiculous trying to order and pay for parts!
Never did get them ordered!!!
No call no help waste of time and money if I could tear the damn pergola down and send it back I would!!! Highly pissed off!!

The whole top rusted And broke now I cant get help getting parts and they want to charge me and charge for shipping! F that!

The service was bad. The return policy is worst. They only look for their benefit not for customers satisfaction.

The return process is a nightmare. The communication between the customer and the company is not good either.

I have to admit that the quality of the product was excellent, but the customer service is terrible.

This is the first company I've dealt with where their return policy favors them instead of the customer. I won't recommend it to other customers.

Replacement canopy

The canopy is ripped. I need a replacement, but I'm getting no help from customer service.

Emailing them didn't accomplish anything. This is a joke.

I just need a replacement canopy without any hassle. This hasn't been helpful at all.

The customers service rep was very hard to understand and not sure if anything was resolved. All I had to do was give my phone number for delivery time and day, and was informed that because I ordered from Amazon sunjoy would have to contact them to have them call me then hung up the call. I haven’t heard back from anyone

Ordering and paying for purchase and only to receive an email stating that they had cancelled my order for unforeseen circumstances and MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!! ??
UNBELIEVABLE...Oh and tried to call them and send email ..no response.

Don't buy from SUNJOY GROUP..THEY ONLY TAKE MONEY AND ARE FAKE ...MONEY COLLECTION FROM CHINA ..GO FIGURE . I WILL BUY AUSTRALIAN OWNED..MAYBE FREIGHT PROBLEM AS WE KNOW BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY FUNDS .
