Terrible | Sunjoy Industries review from West Orange, New Jersey

I have been calling for three days for help with my firepit l-dn1377sal model. All I need is guidance and a little help . My pit won’t start. Your costumer service person Karen has giving the runner around for three days telling me that the technician will call me, well I am waiting 36 hours. She tells me you have only 2 technical people to help people and tells me they will call in a few hours. This type of costumer service is so poor.

Received my Gazebo and learned halfway through I was missing 2 of 3 hardware packages. Called to get the other two and after many hours, emails and calls to follow up, I was told the items have been discontinued. This was a relatively newly purchased item. What this means if they declare the parts as "discontinued", they are not liable for the warranty claims. They changes models frequently. Shame on Biglots, Lowes and others that sell this terrible product.

I received my parts. Problem- the company sent me 2 of the same parts.

I received two C-2 parts instead of one part C-1 and one part C-2. Problem half resolved. I sent an e-mail to Sunjoy Industries requesting the correct part.

i assembled a Ashlyn Cabinet model number B21200001 . Part number 90108B01002 Cam and Ive put these cabinets together several times, the holes these cams fit in should be tight to hold the cam in but the ones in the kit were all way to big.Id assemble a part with these cams and Ya tighten it , then move the section and the cams fall out. It made it very difficault to assemble the unit. I ended up wood gluing the cams in and that seemed to work .

I would like to nominate Sunjoy Customer Service for the Guinness Book of World Records for being the #1 worst in the galactic universe. After 2+ months of trying to get replacement frame parts, I was informed that there were / won't be any. I had mailed them an order form and a signed blank check. So I ordered a complete NEW gazebo just to get the parts. VIA Amazon. If they wont return my emails, phone calls, or letters, what was I to do? I have begged them to send by signed blank check back, but they wont even answer. Unbelievable ! ! ! This started Apr 1st. It is now July 14th. Try phoning Cust Svc... always busy with a "10min" wait time. I have copies of emails and phone notes to back up everything I have just said. I'd give them less that 1 star if that were possible.

We received a gazebo as a weding gift. as we assembled it, we found that the 6 bottom ends of each leg were missing. The company is telling us that we are out of luck. Very Very disappointed! will not recommend this company to anyone. There are too many better options to purchase quality products from.

Received the Gazebo box in perfect condition. Opened to find the one support post bent beyond being fixed. Got the run around from the company for 3 weeks now and still not anywhere with it. Totally beyond frustrated. Always on hold, being told its waiting to be shipped (same status as 3 weeks ago). No one can give proper answers or solutions. Would strongly recommend people to think twice before ordering from this company. Totally unhappy. Its not like I can even build the gazebo without it. $1000 gone while I wait for them.
